EastOne Announces Changes in its Management Team
The EastOne company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kirill Rubinski as its new Chief Executive Officer. Starting from July 2, 2012 he will assume full management responsibilities for the group.
Mr. Gennady Gazin, currently EastOne’s CEO, will become the group’s Chairman of the Board.

From October 2003 Kirill Rubinski was Senior Partner and First Vice President with Industrial Investors LLC (IIG), one of the leading Russian independent private equity firms. From 2005 he has been Member and, from November 2011 to May 2012, Chairman of the Board of FESCO Transportation Group Ltd. (Far-Eastern Shipping Company plc). From 2003 to 2012 he also served as member of the Board of Directors of all the main companies owned and managed by IIG.
From 2000 – 2003 he served as Executive Director, responsible for Project and Structured finance, and then as Business Development Director for Russia and the CIS at Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC).
From 1992-2000 he worked as Vice President, then Senior Executive Vice-President at the headquarters of Credit Lyonnais bank, in Paris with Project finance and Investment banking divisions.
He graduated from the ESCP-EAP Paris and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
